Tempe’s biggest draws is the proximity to the rest of the Phoenix Metro Area. A great location for the frequent flier with Sky Harbor being within 10-15 minutes away. Home to ASU and being only 5-10 minutes away from the entertainment of Scottsdale, makes Tempe a popular place for young adults to call home.

Great neighborhoods in Tempe include Sunset, Duskfire, Alta Mira and Lindon Park. North Tempe is the densely populated college area with South Tempe having more of an open feel and being family friendly.
